The 2025AVE Asia Pacific Vegetarian Expo successfully concluded on August 29th at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. For the past three days, there has been a surge of people and a lively atmosphere in the exhibition hall. Nearly 100 high-end vegetarian food, high-end edible oil, organic products, as well as plant-based foods, soy products, vegetarian seasonings and functional foods, health foods and nutritional supplements, vegan lifestyle products and other vegetarian enterprises from all over the country gathered together, welcoming 30286 visitors and showcasing over 6000 innovative vegetarian products. It comprehensively presents the new products, services, applications, and fruitful achievements of the industry. Industry vegetarian bloggers, celebrities, and merchants shuttle through various booths, showing a strong interest in experiential and innovative exhibits. They stop to visit, carefully consult, and have in-depth exchanges with exhibitors to explore cooperation opportunities.
The 2026 AVE Asia Pacific Vegetarian Expo will be held from August 26th to 28th at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As a vegetarian exhibition focusing on vegetarian food, plant-based food, alternative protein technology, and sustainable lifestyles in the Asia Pacific region, with the theme of "vegetarian new food, vegetarian new life", it aims to promote a vegetarian lifestyle, connect global vegetarian brands, supply chain enterprises, investment institutions, and end consumers, promote the leapfrog development of the vegetarian industry from trend to norm through product display, technical discussions, and business docking, and help achieve global practice of sustainable food innovation/low-carbon lifestyle. In order to widely spread the vegetarian culture of the new era, promote the concept of healthy eating, lead the new trend of vegetarian catering, and better build a platform for communication and cooperation among vegetarian catering practitioners, this exhibition will be held simultaneously with the 17th Shanghai International Catering Ingredients Exhibition.
